We can also manage your current stock levels with our Vendor Managed Inventory replenishment program. If your product is exceptionally large or uniquely shaped, our design and engineering group will fabricate custom foam inserts that will fit your product to your exact specs.  We will consider the fragility of the product and the transportation conditions, as well as perform cushioning requirement calculations and vibration assessments. 

 
 

Polyethylene Foam

At Partners Packaging, we can help our customers in developing custom die cut packaging, trays inserts, and other foam products. Custom Shapes can be cut from polyethylene foam to fit your needs. We will choose the ideal material based on cost and protection requirements.  This prevents damage while giving products a premium and professional look. We can quote anything from low volume to high volume orders.

Polyurethane Foam

Polyurethane foam is the protection you need when your product is extremely fragile. Partners Packaging specializes in building custom dies to create fabricated foam packaging for your products. Die cutting is the process of stamping out custom shapes do ensure dimensional accuracy. Partners die-cut protective packaging is ideal for sensitive, fragile products such as medical equipment and pharmaceutical materials, electronic components, consumer goods and industrial supplies. Polystyrene Foam

Polystyrene foam is an extremely versatile material that is well suited to numerous applications. Flowables (Peanuts)

Made from annually renewable resources, flowables from Partners Packaging are a compostable loose fill. Shippers are also finding the starch-based packaging peanuts more economical over the rising cost of petroleum-based packaging peanuts and more reliable than single-ply paper protection. Our products are certified compostable according to ASTM D6400 (USA) and EN 13432 (Europe). They are also 100% compostable and will decompose in commercial landfills. The product won’t leave any harmful residue and disintegrates in water without polluting groundwater resources. Starch based flowables minimize material and shipping cost while being dust-free, anti-static and abrasion resistant.

Bubblewrap

Partners Packaging distributes Seales Air Bubble Wrap. The secret to a better bubble has always been starting with a full air bubble and keeping a full air bubble. Simply stated, in order to protect your products from the hazards of the shipping environment, the air has to be there and stay there. A blend of nylon and polyethylene provides a barrier that holds air longer under pressure than non-barrier products. It’s these bubbles that cushion your product to its final destination.

Polyethylene Roll Foam

Polyethylene roll foam is a cleaner, more efficient and cost-effective solution for a range of packaging applications requiring abrasion resistance.  It is an efficient replacement for bulkier, heavier packaging materials helping reduce solid waste. It is resistant to moisture damage over a wide range of temperatures and provides excellent thermal insulation.

Anti-Corrosive Products

Partners Packaging specializes in providing quality Volitile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) anti-corrosion films and other products to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. The broad line of high-performance film includes bags, sheets, rolls, tubes, shrink film and other VCO poly products. Films are transparent and heat sealable and provide the combined benefit of barrier and anti-corrosion protection in a simple to use form. Shrink Film & Bundling Film

Partners Packaging offers a versatile and reliable selection of shrink films the market offers for a wide spectrum of applications. We have the perfect films for multi-packing applications and bundling needs in addition to assessing the ideal film for unusually shaped objects and heavy products or ones with sharp edges.

Our Bundling Films are usually used for heavier and/or multi-pack products. Like shrink film, bundling film is applied and then moved through a heat tunnel where the film is shrunk to fit your products perfectly. With bundling film, your consumers can easily pick the product(s) up by holes.

Pressure-Sensitive Tape 

Partners Packaging offers top brands of PSA tape, which is an adhesive tape that sticks with application of pressure, without a need for water or heat for activation. The perfect finishing touch to put “closure” on your relationship with your container. Acrylic tape is a perfect pressure-sensitive tape to use outdoors or for long-term storage.

Water-Activated Tape

If your job requires a paper tape product, Partners Packaging has you covered with a vast selection that your sales representative can assist with. Water-activated tapes adhesive is sprung into action with a dispenser that brushes water over the tape surface, resulting in immediate bond. A perfect solution should tamper evidence be required

Hot Melt Tape and Hot Melt Glue

If you are need an indoor solution for less than one year of storage, hot melt tape may be the right move for you. Hot Melt Tape is used for light to medium weight jobs, offers a quick stick, high flexibility and a strong hole. Partners Packaging recommends Hot Melt Tape. It is best to use on recycled, irregular shape, and difficult cartons.

Hot Melt Glue is a fast, clean and easy way to seal cartons. It often offers less damage than strapping and is tidier than adhesive tapes. It also lends itself to less chances for theft, creating a stronger bonded carton and perfect for storage and transit.
